Trophy Rabbit

There are a lot of jokes about how much industry and roadways there are in New Jersey, the "Garden State", but there is still a lot of agriculture throughout the state. As in many states, most counties in NJ have an annual County Fair. Monmouth County, near the center of NJ, is no exception and runs a large, enjoyable fair near the end of July each year in East Freehold Park, Freehold Township, NJ. Much of the organization of the fair is done by the Monmouth County Park System and the Monmouth County 4-H clubs.

A rabbit to beat all other rabbits in Monmouth County, this rabbit is distinguished by the trophy (only partially seen so I could include more of the rabbit) sitting atop the blue ribbon on the cage.
